Firmware V5.2.5 improves compatibility with the latest MoerLab Device Manager, including enhanced device recognition, communication, configuration, and management.
Important Firmware Compatibility Notice
TV hearMore™ devices running firmware V3.6.7 or V3.6.8 must not be upgraded directly to any V5.x.x firmware version.
These versions use a different SDK platform. A direct upgrade may cause the device to become unresponsive or fail to boot. Please contact MoerLab Support before updating these units.

Firmware Update Procedure
- Install the latest MoerLab Device Manager.
- Download firmware ABB01_V5.2.5_Diff.bin.
- Connect TV hearMore™ to your Mac or Windows PC using a USB Type-C data cable.
- Open Device Manager and select the connected TV hearMore™.
- Select the firmware file and start the update.
- Wait until the update reaches 100%, then restart the device.
Sampling Rate Control
TV hearMore™ also supports direct sampling-rate switching on the device.
- Enter Auracast™ mode.
- Press and hold Power + Audio Source for 3 seconds.
- Fast flash ×3: 48 kHz
- Slow flash ×3: 24 kHz
- 24 kHz is recommended for hearing-aid applications.
