Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In the case of any unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination country.

3. Customer-Designated Freight Companies

Customers may choose to designate their own freight company to pick up the goods from our facility.

Requirements for Customer-Designated Freight Pickup:

  • The customer must provide detailed contact information for the freight company, including the company name, contact person, phone number, and scheduled pickup date.
  • The freight company must adhere to MOOR Technology’s facility pickup schedule, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

Once the goods are handed over to the designated freight company, MOOR Technology is no longer responsible for the shipment, including any damages, delays, or losses.

The customer is responsible for coordinating with their chosen freight company regarding customs clearance, delivery timelines, and other relevant logistics.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees for standard or express delivery are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping method, and order weight or dimensions.
  • Free shipping is available for orders exceeding a certain value (specific thresholds are displayed on our website and vary by region).
  • For customer-designated freight, no shipping fees will be charged by MOOR Technology.

5. International Shipping

  • MOOR Technology ships to most countries worldwide.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • For shipments arranged by MOOR Technology, a tracking number and link will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
  • For customer-designated freight, tracking details must be obtained directly from the freight company by the customer.

7. Failed Deliveries and Reshipping
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or absence of a recipient, it will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Refunds for the original order (excluding shipping fees) may be issued at our discretion.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the package.We may request photos of the damage and the shipping label for verification purposes.
