TV hearMore™ Firmware Update Hub
⚠ Important Firmware Compatibility Notice
TV hearMore™ devices running firmware V3.6.7 or V3.6.8 must NOT be upgraded directly to any V5.x.x firmware version (including V5.2.2, V5.2.3, and future V5 releases).
These firmware versions are developed on different SDK platforms and are not compatible with each other. Attempting to perform a direct upgrade may cause the device to crash, become unresponsive, or fail to boot properly.
Before updating, please verify your current firmware version. If your device is running V3.6.7 or V3.6.8, do not proceed with any V5.x.x firmware upgrade.
Firmware Upgrade Recommendations
- Verify your current firmware version before upgrading.
- Ensure the device remains powered throughout the update process.
- Do not disconnect USB power during firmware installation.
- Use only firmware files provided by MoerLab.
- Do not interrupt the upgrade process once it has started.

March 31, 2026 — Sampling Rate Control on Device
With Firmware V5.2.3, users can adjust the sampling rate directly on the TV hearMore™ device without using the PC Tool. This makes setup faster and operation easier in different environments.
How to Switch Sampling Rate
- Enter Auracast™ mode.
- Press and hold Power + Audio Source for 3 seconds.
LED Feedback
- Fast flash ×3: 48 kHz
- Slow flash ×3: 24 kHz
Note: 24 kHz is recommended for optimal hearing aid performance.
