Firmware V5.2.3 improves compatibility with the latest MoerLab Device Manager, enhances device recognition and management, and provides a more reliable platform for future software and feature updates.

MoerLink™ continues to operate as an Auracast™-only USB transmitter. Classic Bluetooth functionality remains disabled following the Auracast-only architecture introduced in Firmware V5.2.2.

Firmware V5.2.2 introduced a major operating change for MoerLink™, converting the device to an Auracast™-only USB transmitter.

• Removed Classic Bluetooth functionality.
• MoerLink™ operates exclusively as an Auracast™ USB Transmitter.
• The device automatically enters Auracast™ mode after power-on.
• Removed the previous Classic Bluetooth / Auracast™ mode switching function.

1. Download and install the latest MoerLab Device Manager.
2. Download the firmware file AAD02_V5.2.3_Diff.bin.
3. Connect MoerLink™ to your Windows PC or Mac.
4. Launch MoerLab Device Manager.
5. Select the connected MoerLink™ device.
6. Open the firmware update function.
7. Select the downloaded AAD02_V5.2.3_Diff.bin firmware package.
8. Start the firmware update.
9. Wait until the update process is completed.
10. Do not disconnect MoerLink™ during the firmware update.
11. Restart MoerLink™ after the firmware update is finished.

Important Notice

• Firmware V5.2.3 continues the Auracast™-only architecture introduced with V5.2.2.
• Classic Bluetooth functionality is not available in Firmware V5.2.3.
• Users requiring Classic Bluetooth functionality should not upgrade to the Auracast-only firmware branch.
• Always verify firmware compatibility before updating.
• Do not disconnect the device during firmware installation.
• Use only official firmware files provided by MoerLab.
• Interrupting the update process may cause the device to become unresponsive.
