Switch Sampling Rates with Ease

TV hearMore™ Auracast™ Transmitter · Firmware V5.2.3+

Enjoy faster, more intuitive audio control. With firmware V5.2.3 or later, you can switch the sampling rate directly on the device without using a computer tool.

TV hearMore manual sampling rate guide: switch to Auracast mode, then press and hold Power and SOURCE simultaneously for 3 seconds. Green LEDs 1, 2 and 3 flash quickly 3 times for 48 kHz or slowly 3 times for 24 kHz.

Switch between 48 kHz and 24 kHz with a simple button operation to quickly adjust the device to your listening needs.

How to Switch

  1. Switch TV hearMore™ to Auracast™ mode.
  2. Press and hold the Power button and Audio source button (SOURCE) simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  3. Check the flashing pattern of green LEDs 1, 2 and 3 to confirm the selected sampling rate.

LED Feedback

After switching, green LEDs 1, 2 and 3 indicate the selected sampling rate:

48 kHz
1 2 3

Green LEDs 1, 2 and 3 Flash quickly 3 times

24 kHz
1 2 3

Green LEDs 1, 2 and 3 Flash slowly 3 times

Use MoerLab Device Manager to update your device to V5.2.3 or later to enable this feature.
When using hearing aids, select a sampling rate supported by your hearing aids. If 24 kHz is required, follow the steps above to switch.
