⚠ Important Firmware Compatibility Notice

TV hearMore™ devices running firmware V3.6.7 or V3.6.8 must NOT be upgraded directly to any V5.x.x firmware version.

These firmware versions are developed on different SDK platforms. Attempting to upgrade may cause the device to crash or become non-functional.

Popular FAQ

Can multiple receivers listen to one Auracast™ transmitter at the same time?
Yes. Auracast™ allows one transmitter to broadcast audio to multiple receivers simultaneously. This is ideal for family TV watching, group tours, classrooms, churches and assistive listening environments.
Does Bluetooth® 5.3 automatically mean Auracast™ support?
No. Bluetooth® 5.3 alone does not guarantee Auracast™ support. The device must also support Bluetooth® LE Audio and be designed for Auracast™ functionality.
Can iPhone or Android phones receive Auracast™ audio?
Currently, phones generally cannot work as direct Auracast™ receivers. However, a compatible phone can work as an assistant device to help manage Auracast™ receivers and select broadcast sources.
Can regular Bluetooth earbuds receive Auracast™ audio through the app?
No. The MoerLab Audio App cannot turn non-Auracast™ earbuds into Auracast™ receivers. The receiving device must support Auracast™ or Bluetooth® LE Audio.
