March 31, 2026 — Sampling Rate Control on Device

Firmware V3.7.1 introduces direct sampling-rate switching on the device, allowing users to change audio settings without connecting to a PC Tool.

How to Switch Sampling Rate

  1. Enter Auracast™ mode
  2. Click the Power button, then press and hold the Power button

LED Status Sampling Rate
Fast Flash ×3 24 kHz
Steady On (1–2 sec) 48 kHz

Recommended: 24 kHz for optimal hearing-aid performance.

Please update MoerDuo™ using the AirohaSDK App and follow the upgrade guide carefully.

Update Instructions

  1. Install the AirohaSDK App.
  2. Connect MoerDuo™ to your smartphone.
  3. Select the firmware package.
  4. Start the FOTA upgrade process.
  5. Wait until the update is completed successfully.
Important:
Please ensure the battery level is sufficient before starting the firmware update. Do not disconnect the device during the upgrade process.
