Firmware Update Summary

March 31, 2026 — Sampling Rate Control on Device

With Firmware V5.2.4, users can now switch the sampling rate directly on the SoundLinker™ device without using the PC Tool. This makes setup faster and more seamless in different environments.

How to Switch Sampling Rate

  1. Enter Auracast™ mode.
  2. Click the Power button, then press and hold the Power button.

LED Feedback

  • Fast flash ×3: 24 kHz
  • Steady on for 1–2 seconds: 48 kHz

Note: 24 kHz is recommended for optimal hearing aid performance.
